Employer Registration Form

• Documentation verifying the business activity

Payment Information
Payments for services are processed through Stripe.
Complete payment card or payment method information is processed directly by Stripe. NEXA only receives confirmation of the transaction together with the basic identifying information associated with it.
During the Provision of the Service
Additional information relating to the client's professional, financial, and personal circumstances may be collected where necessary to provide the contracted service.

3. Purpose of Processing
Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• To assess applications for access to the NEXA system and determine the appropriate level of intervention.
• To provide the contracted service within the assigned level.
• To manage the onboarding of property owners and employers into the NEXA Verified Network.
• To manage the selection and certification of NEXA system operators.
• To issue the NEXA Cert where applicable.
• To manage payments, scheduling, and communications related to the client's process.
• To comply with applicable legal obligations.

Personal data will not be used for purposes other than those described above without the prior consent of the data subject.

4. Legal Basis for Processing
Personal data is processed on one or more of the following legal bases:

• Performance of a contract: where processing is necessary to provide the service requested by the data subject.
• Consent: for the processing of sensitive personal data or for additional purposes where applicable.
• Legitimate interest: for verifying the legitimacy of property owners and employers as part of the onboarding process for the NEXA Verified Network.
• Legal obligation: where processing is required to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

5. Data Retention
Personal data is retained for the following periods:

• Active client data: throughout the provision of the service and for up to 3 years after its completion.
• Unsuccessful applications: for up to 6 months after the outcome has been communicated.
• Verified Network property owner and employer data: during active participation and for up to 1 year after leaving the network.
• Operator data: during the collaboration and for up to 2 years after it ends.

After these periods, personal data will be securely deleted or anonymised unless a legal obligation requires longer retention.

6. Recipients and Data Processors
Personal data is never sold or disclosed to third parties for commercial purposes.
Where necessary to provide the service, data may be shared with:

• Certified NEXA operators assigned to the client's case.
• Property owners and employers within the NEXA Verified Network, exclusively in connection with candidate activation under Level 3.
• Technology service providers acting as data processors under appropriate confidentiality and data processing agreements.
• Competent public authorities where disclosure is required by law.

Certain technology providers (such as Stripe, Calendly, or Google) may process personal data on servers located outside Switzerland or the European Economic Area.
Where this occurs, NEXA ensures that such transfers are carried out using appropriate safeguards in accordance with applicable legislation, including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms recognised under Swiss law.
