Property Photographs

A minimum of 3 photographs is required. Without photographs, it is not possible to complete the registration.

7. Final Declaration

Before submitting your application, please confirm that you understand the following:

-Joining the NEXA Network is free of charge and does not imply any exclusivity commitment.
-NEXA does not act as an intermediary and does not manage tenancy agreements.
-The decision to rent your property always remains yours.
-NEXA may present candidates when a potential match with an available property is identified. Candidates may or may not hold a NEXA Cert P. Where a valid Cert P is available, it may provide additional information about specific aspects of the candidate’s residential profile that have been previously verified.

8. Property Verification

This section is required to complete the review of your application to join the NEXA Network. The documentation provided will allow us to verify your identity, your relationship to the property and, where applicable, your legal authority to offer it. The review cannot be completed without the required documentation.
