A minimum of 3 photographs is required. Without photographs, it is not possible to complete the registration.

-Joining the NEXA Verified Network is free of charge and does not imply any exclusivity commitment.
-NEXA does not act as an intermediary and does not manage tenancy agreements.
-The decision to rent your property always remains yours.
-NEXA will send applications from verified candidates holding a NEXA Cert whenever there is active demand in your area.

8. Property Verification

This section is mandatory to complete your registration in the NEXA Verified Network. The documentation provided will be reviewed internally before your registration is approved. Without this documentation, your registration cannot be completed.
