How the System Works
Access to NEXA is not automatic. Every case goes through an evaluation process before any intervention is activated.
Step 1 — Initial Assessment Form
Before any contact takes place, the applicant completes a form with basic information about their situation and relocation plans.
Step 2 — Assessment Session
A session of up to 60 minutes in which the case is analysed in depth. It is the gateway to the system and provides value in its own right.
Step 3 — Internal Evaluation
Based on the initial assessment form, the assessment session and NEXA's internal evaluation materials, the system determines which service level is most appropriate for the applicant's actual situation.
Step 4 — Outcome & Activation
Once the internal evaluation has been completed, the applicant receives confirmation of the service level recommended for their case. The client then decides whether or not to activate it.

The level includes five standalone deliverables, as well as the NEXA Cert in both its Employer and Property Owner versions.
The NEXA Cert confirms that the applicant has completed the NEXA evaluation process, has been independently assessed, and is prepared to enter both the employment and housing markets. It can be presented directly to employers and property owners.
