How NEXA works
- 1. You request accessYou briefly explain your situation, the country you want to move to and where you currently are in the process. NEXA reviews your application to determine whether your situation can be assessed within the system.
- 2. You complete the NEXA DiagnosticIf your application is accepted, you can complete the NEXA Diagnostic: an individual session followed by an assessment of your case.
- 3. You receive your outcomeWe determine your level of preparation, the current feasibility of your process, the main favourable factors and limitations, and the priorities that should be addressed.
Where applicable, the outcome also identifies the NEXA intervention relevant to your situation. - 4. You decide whether to continueThe Diagnostic is an independent assessment. If there is a subsequent intervention applicable to your situation, you will be able to review it and decide separately whether you want to continue with NEXA.
A different intervention depending on what is holding your situation back
NEXA does not follow a predetermined path. It first determines what your process actually needs and, where intervention is appropriate, each type of intervention serves a different purpose.

The Diagnostic is an independent assessment and does not require you to subsequently engage any other NEXA intervention.

As part of Level 1, NEXA develops and delivers three elements:

These deliverables capture and translate into execution part of the work carried out during the intervention; they do not, on their own, constitute the full scope of Level 1.
NEXA Cert is independent and can be purchased separately where appropriate.

A single situation may require several exchanges before it is resolved.
Here, NEXA does not replace your own execution: it provides guidance while the process is taking place.

The intervention has a maximum capacity of up to 20 employment-related actions and 20 housing-related actions during the contracted period.
For a defined period, NEXA can take on specific actions related to accessing the job and/or housing markets within a scope that has been agreed and authorised in advance.
The intervention may range from identifying and preparing opportunities to making the relevant contact or submission, depending on the agreed scope.
The objective is not to replace your entire process, but to execute the specific part that requires active intervention from NEXA.
The intervention has a maximum capacity of up to 20 employment-related actions and 20 housing-related actions during the contracted period.
When presenting information is not enough: certain elements of your profile need to be supported by evidence.
NEXA verifies specific information and evidence within the employment (Cert E) or housing (Cert P) context.
Where sufficient supporting evidence exists, NEXA may issue a certification reflecting the outcome of that verification.
NEXA Cert operates independently from the other interventions and can be used where there is a genuine need for verification.
Purchasing the verification service does not guarantee that a favourable certification will be issued: certification depends on the outcome of the checks carried out.
NEXA verifies specific information and evidence within the employment (Cert E) or housing (Cert P) context.
Where sufficient supporting evidence exists, NEXA may issue a certification reflecting the outcome of that verification.
NEXA Cert operates independently from the other interventions and can be used where there is a genuine need for verification.

NEXA also works with the other side of the process
A settlement process does not depend solely on the client being prepared. There are also employers, property owners and other parties with whom interaction may be necessary in order to access the market.
For this reason, NEXA is developing an internal network of employers and property owners that can be used within its interventions when there is a genuine match between the parties.
The NEXA Network is not a job board or a property portal, but an additional channel within the system that can coexist with other routes to market access.
