NEXA Operates Through People, Not Offices
The operator network is what enables the NEXA system to operate across different countries and contexts without compromising consistency or quality.
Every operator has a clearly defined role, a specific scope of responsibility, and access to the system's internal tools. They do not improvise or provide independent advice. Instead, they follow a structured process developed by NEXA, ensuring that it is carried out in exactly the same way, regardless of who operates it.

This is what ensures that a client in Geneva and a client in Mexico City receive the same standard of assessment and the same level of consistency throughout the system.

For that reason, the NEXA operator network is not built with just anyone. It is built with the right people for each specific role.
Two Profiles. Two Distinct Roles.
Within the NEXA system, there are two types of operators. Each one is involved at a different stage of the process and requires a different professional profile.
  • Profile 1 — Diagnostic Operator
The Diagnostic Operator is responsible for conducting the Assessment Session with the client and completing the internal case evaluation using the system's tools.

This role does not require specialist knowledge of any particular country. What it does require is a thorough understanding of the NEXA system, its processes, and its tools.
  • Profile 2 — Level Operator
The Level Operator is responsible for delivering the service level assigned to the client once the evaluation has been completed. They work directly with the client throughout the relocation, guidance, or activation process.

This role requires genuine knowledge of the labour market and the local environment of the country or region in which the operator works. A Level Operator supporting clients relocating to Switzerland must genuinely understand how Switzerland works in practice.
An operator cannot perform both roles. Each profile has its own dedicated onboarding process within the NEXA system.
What Each Operator Does Within the System
Diagnostic Operator
What they do: Conduct the client's Assessment Session. During the session, they gather structured information using the system's internal materials. Once the session has been completed, they carry out the internal case evaluation and communicate the outcome to the client through the authorised communication channel.

What they do not do: They do not advise the client during the session. They do not subjectively decide which service level should be activated. They do not deliver service levels or become involved in the client's journey after the Assessment Session.
Level Operator
What they do: Deliver the service level assigned to the client within the scope defined for that level. They work with the client throughout the agreed period using the NEXA system's tools, methodology, and operating criteria.

What they do not do: They do not conduct Assessment Sessions. They do not make decisions beyond the scope of the activated service level. They do not provide general guidance or independent advice outside the defined process.
In both roles, operators work strictly within the boundaries of the NEXA system.
Nothing more. Nothing less.
NEXA Doesn't Make Decisions for You. It Organises Them.
Diagnostic Operator
Previous experience in immigration or relocation processes is not required, nor is specialist knowledge of any particular country.

What is required
— The ability to lead structured conversations.
— Strong attention to detail when gathering information.
— Commitment to following the system's processes and tools.
— Availability to complete the NEXA onboarding training.

Level Operator
This role requires genuine, demonstrable knowledge of the labour market and the local environment of the country or region in which the operator will work.

What is required
— First-hand experience of living or working in the country where you will operate.
— A solid understanding of the local labour market and housing system.
— The ability to work with clients facing real relocation situations.
— Availability to complete the NEXA onboarding training.
In both cases, joining the system includes structured training before operators begin working with real clients.
How the Onboarding Process Works
Before working with clients, every operator completes a structured onboarding programme within the NEXA system.

The training is not simply a formality. It is the process that ensures every operator fully understands the system, its tools, its procedures, and the boundaries of their role before working with real clients.

The training is tailored to each profile.
A Diagnostic Operator receives training focused on conducting Assessment Sessions and completing the evaluation process.
A Level Operator receives training focused on delivering the specific service level they will operate.

Once the training has been successfully completed, the operator receives access to the system's internal materials and becomes available to receive cases assigned by NEXA.

Joining the system does not guarantee a minimum number of clients. Cases are assigned according to actual demand and each client's country and specific circumstances.

Compensation
The financial terms of the collaboration are discussed during the onboarding process.
There are no membership fees or access costs.
What a NEXA Operator Is Not
Before submitting your application, it is important to understand what this role does not involve.
  • Point 1
It is not a full-time job.
A NEXA Operator works on specific cases within the system. It is not a full-time position with fixed working hours or exclusive dedication.
  • Point 2
It is not an independent advisory role.
Operators do not provide their own guidance or make decisions outside the scope of the system. They work using NEXA's methodology, tools, and operating criteria—not their own.
  • Point 3
It is not a sales role.
Operators do not recruit clients or promote the system. Cases are assigned by NEXA according to client demand and operational needs.
  • Point 4
It is not a representative role.
Operators do not speak on behalf of NEXA or represent the organisation before third parties outside their operational responsibilities.
A NEXA Operator has a clearly defined role, a specific scope of responsibility, and works strictly within the boundaries of the system.

Nothing more. Nothing less.
